Workshops
April Bower is a fun and patient instructor who stresses good design principals, innovation and experimentation in her teaching of jewelry and metalwork. Bower has always been fascinated by the many varied processes involved in metalworking. While earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, April Bower enjoyed creating jewelry in silver that was experimental and creative. After teaching metalsmithing and then apprenticing in fine jewelry, she spent the next 18 years working exclusively in gold, diamonds and faceted stones. April has now has come full circle back to what she loves; teaching others to make jewelry and creating fun, creative jewelry in silver.
